We have studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment homes that are equipped with customizable thermostats, modern lighting fixtures, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows adorned with solar shades, and innovative key less entry systems. 

Apartment homes at Junction Flats do not include private yards, but many feature Juliet or full-size balconies.

Applicants must provide income verification, employer information, rental history, and complete identity verification.

Apply online or in-person with an application and administrative fee required.

Applicants must have a household income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.

Subleasing is not permitted at Junction Flats.

Renter’s insurance is required with a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage.

Lease renewal offers are provided at least 60 days before expiration through the resident portal.

Affordable housing options may be available; please contact the leasing office for details.

There is an application fee and administrative fee, along with a security deposit due at move-in.

The onsite team provides move-in support, including scheduling access to the freight elevator.

Early lease termination requires a 60-day notice and a fee equal to two months’ rent.

A 60-day written notice is required prior to move-out.

Residents receive a move-out guide with instructions for cleaning, key return, and utility cancellation.

Security deposit refunds are processed within 30 days after move-out.

Utilities are not included; residents set up electricity and gas, with water, sewer, and trash billed through the resident portal.

Residents may choose from providers such as Quantum Fiber, Xfinity, or USI.

Rent can be paid online through the resident portal using the Bilt Rewards platform with autopay options available.

A monthly utility billing fee applies per apartment home.

Parking is available in a heated garage, with assigned spaces per bedroom and additional options available.

Guests may stay up to 14 days within a six-month period, with longer stays requiring lease approval.

EV charging is not currently available on-site, with nearby options within walking distance.

Junction Flats is a pet-friendly apartment community in Minneapolis, MN, with an on-site dog park and pet amenities.

A one-time pet fee and monthly pet rent apply per pet.

Breed restrictions apply; there are no size restrictions.

Residents at Junction Flats enjoy a private off-leash dog park, pet spa, and indoor pet amenities.

Community amenities include a fitness center, yoga room, pool deck, club rooms, coffee bar, and outdoor grilling areas.

Each apartment home includes a full-size washer and dryer.

Residents can enjoy regular community events and local partnerships.

Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Noise concerns can be reported to the leasing office or after-hours security for assistance.

Junction Flats is a smoke-free community, with designated smoking areas available off-site.

Submit maintenance requests online through the resident portal at any time.

Maintenance requests are typically completed within 1 to 3 business days.
